Session costs are out of pocket because I am not in-network with insurance companies. A benefit to you is that I will not have to disclose your diagnosis or session notes to your insurance provider, and your information will be kept confidential. Counseling is a health-related expense covered by pre-tax HSA or Flex accounts. 

For adults (18 years and older) seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, overwhelming emotions, numb emotions, feeling disconnected, work issues, relationship issues, or just not where you want to be but you are not sure how to get there.

For couples seeking to heal from deep hurts, struggling to hear or be heard, experiencing unpleasant patterns, facing new challenges, needing help navigating your relationship, or simply desiring a healthier connection.

Marriage Intensives                  $700/4 hours

Sometimes one-hour per week counseling is insufficient for couples to address their issues. I also offer intensives in 4-hour blocks.

I am an approved supervisor in Colorado and can provide the required supervision for LPCCs seeking licensure as an LPC. My style is humanistic and collaborative. We work together to set goals that improve your skills and the quality of care you provide your clients. I foster your unique counselor identity development in your preferred style and modalities.
